Great sandwiches! They took the time to make them and added all the ingredients I selected. The market also has ready to go items that looked delicious and people kept purchasing them. Will return!
One of the best local grocery stores- small but mighty. Their sandwiches are to die for and if you're going for that, make sure you either order ahead or plan accordingly because you get what you pay for and the wait is well worth it! But wait there's more..., make sure you also pick up their homemade mac & cheese (I prefer white cheddar) but they have both or their scallop potatoes and Keith's Beans. Love, love, love. The employees are always friendly and greet you with a smile and everything is priced reasonable to -which is even better.

This store is OG super local Mount Shasta. It still smells like beef jerky, just like when I was a kid. The sandwiches are yummy and they have incredibly high quality beef. Thank you for doing the good work!

My partner and I were recently went to Shasta for a long weekend. Although we did most of our grocery shopping at a supermarket on the way there, we realized we still needed some items, so we dropped by Mount Shasta Super Market. We were very happy with our shopping experience there! We were pleasantly surprised with the nice selection of products. There were meats, produce, snacks, and even sandwiches and hot foods (which seemed like a popular area). We appreciated the friendliness of the staff; they were really nice and made us feel welcome. There's a small parking lot, although street parking was aplenty. A bonus was that they even offered cash back, which came in handy. Although we did most of our shopping at a supermarket on the way to Shasta, in retrospect, I think we could've relied just on Mount Shasta Super Market without much issue. It's a great local market. Recommended!
For a small town, I was very impressed with this little market. It was packed, especially at the entrance which is where the deli. Ordering a sandwich for lunch from the deli here must be the thing to do. So, naturally we followed suit to see what was so great. Ok, yes my sandwich was delicious. Turkey and swiss on wheat with avocado, lettuce, tomato and light mayo and mustard. Yum! We initially went in for groceries to take to our camp site. We picked up everything we needed for the couple days. Prices are reasonable and selection was great.
